Kale Smoothie Recipe

Well it's been a minute or two since I've posted, hasn't it!? I have a good excuse, I swear. I've been taking on new things at work, attending wedding festivities for friends, and making plans for house decor updates! It's been a little crazy, but now that I have a free second, I discovered this new smoothie recipe and I have to share!

I've started to experiment with the blender and came up with a fruit smoothie creation packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and protein. Oh - and it's super delicious! It's easy to whip up in the morning for breakfast or add it to your lunch routine. Kale smoothies are super refreshing and keep you full throughout the day.


1 Banana
8 Strawberries
½ Cup Greek Yogurt
½ Cup Skim Milk
3 Ice Cubes
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 Cup Kale
1 TBSP Honey

Feel free to play with the amount of each ingredient you add to your smoothie. I gave ballpark quantities, but I tend to add a dash of this and that as I go along until I get the perfect consistency and taste. Also, don't be scared off by the color. Your smoothie may not be a bright green or pink color, so just remember it tastes better than it looks.
