Peanut Butter Power Balls

I'm a snacker. I would snack all day long if I could and I just discovered a deliciously healthy snack recipe. These Peanut Butter Power Balls are perfect for healthy snacking. Not only are they delicious, they are packed full of protein. I always need an extra boost around 10 in the morning and again right before my workout at 6 p.m. This may be my new go-to bite to eat!

The Ingredients:

½ cup of creamy peanut butter
 1 cup of oats
 ½ cup of honey
1 tsp. of cinnamon
¼ cup of nuts or berries (I used dried cranberries)

 The Directions:

Combine peanut butter, oats, and honey in a large mixing bowl. Add cinnamon, nuts, or berries and stir until fully mixed.

Roll into little bite-size balls and place onto wax paper or into a muffin tin. I chose muffin tins because I love the polka dots! Stick your yummy snack balls into the fridge for 30 minutes.
