Training for the Santa Hustle

It's official! Nic and I have signed up for the Santa Hustle Indy 5k & Half Marathon on Sunday, December 21, 2014.

Translation: I have two weeks to kick my cardio routine into overdrive. Yikes!

Typically, my weekly workout routine consists of primarily weight training mixed with low intensity cardio about 3-4 times a week. Not quite the "training for a 5k" workout. So, it's time to do some last minute prepping for the Santa Hustle!
