Cheesy Broccoli Chicken Casserole

Eating pasta for dinner every night is getting old, so I’m spicing it up a little. This broccoli chicken casserole is super easy and puts a nice twist on the ole chicken and veggies routine. Not only is it yummy, it’s a perfect meal for these cold winter nights.

The Ingredients:

3 cups of fresh broccoli
½ cup of chopped onions
2 chicken breasts
1 can of cream of broccoli soup.
¼ cup of milk
2 slices of cheddar cheese


Chop fresh broccoli and onions into small pieces and sprinkle them across the bottom of the casserole pan. Cut each chicken breast into little bites and scatter them on top of the veggie medley.

In a small bowl, mix the can of Campbell’s Cream of Broccoli soup with ¼ cup of milk. Slowly pour the mixture on top of the chicken and vegetables. Before putting in the oven, tear small pieces of cheddar cheese and place them on top of your scrumptious creation.

Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees and voila! Bon appetit!
